On the ground floor is a fabulous double-aspect reception room perfect for the evening after a day out exploring the beautiful Lake District. The dining room has a large, solid oak dining table with comfortable high-backed leather and oak chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for all guests. Two refrigerators to keep all of your locally purchased delicacies (trust us the local food is fabulous), a gas hob range cooker with double electric oven and all of the usual things you would wish to find in a modern kitchen.

The first floor has three bedrooms, all en-suite. The master bedroom has a king-size oak bed with matching bedside cabinets and has been recently redecorated by a locally renowned team. The twin room has an en-suite bathroom and the remaining double bedroom overlooks the back of the property and is light, airy and always popular with our guests.

The remaining double bedroom is on the second floor and features en-suite facilities.
